Rates & Reservations

Reservations are made on a first requested, first honored basis. We fill up quickly during peak birding season (March, April, May),

and again in August and September. Our occupancy rates are over 70%, and we always recommend

making reservations 3 months or more in advance. Please call in the event there are cancellations.

We require an advance deposit of one night's stay.

Check in after 2:00 pm, Check out before 11:00 am unless prior arrangements have been made.

Rates - add 6.05 % tax

Note: GWH is pet friendly, however, we do require a minimum $25.00 cleaning deposit.

Heller House policy: no pets.

	Current Rates for both GWH and HH plus 6.05% tax
One person:	$90 per night
Two people	$125 per night
Three people	$150 per night
Four people	$175 per night Note: HH 4 people max occupancy
Five people	$195 per night - GWH only
Six people	$215 per night GWH only
Children under 12	Free
If you book 7 or more nights	7th night free
